Buying and servicing experience My wife and I just decided to replace our 9 year old F150 with a newer model, and upgrade from an XLT to a Lariat, more goodies on it!! When we walked into Ray Price Mount Pocono Ford, we met a very friendly staff, and our salesman, Sidik Amoo. We threw them a bit of a curve ball, they didn't have anything in stock exactly what we were looking for, so we said we would like to look into ordering a new truck right from the factory. Even though this isn't done too often, and it was Sidik's first "build" as a salesman, he whipped out the laptop, and we started building the truck from the ground up. When he was done, the truck was specked out exactly like we wanted, he went over it several times to make sure it was right. We then threw two trade ins at him. He, and Ford Sales Manager A.J. Marvelli gave us numbers and a deal we could live with. They were so easy to work with, and we actually spent as much time joking around and laughing as we did negotiating. What a pleasant and at ease experience. I have purchased from Ray Price before, and have all my Fords serviced here, and will continue to do so. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More

The ease of purchasing my leased Ford Escape I was never so comfortable and at ease at the purchase of my leased 2017 Ford Escape! He's fair, he's honest and Billy has my highest recommendations. Even when Bill would have to leave me briefly, he would apologize, and yet made me feel like I was his top priority. Used car bad rims. My son worked all summer to purchase a car to get him to and from college. Fairly new driver. Driving 2 hrs o e way. I took him to Ray Price. They knew he'd be driving 2 hrs. Knew we wanted something reliable. The car is very nice. Runs great. But was sold with bad rims. They are the original chrome rims on a 2008 MKZ. Warranty wont cover repairs. Wheels are not a system. We were offered a set of used rims installed for $1000. WHAT. $1000. It took everything he saved to buy this car. Now $1000 for used plain rims. WHAT. Very disappointed. More
