Excellent car maintenance and great customer wait areas! Upon arrival, I was able to drive right in to the service center. Check in was fairly quick owing to the fact that there were some cars ahead of Upon arrival, I was able to drive right in to the service center. Check in was fairly quick owing to the fact that there were some cars ahead of me yet the wait was no more than ten minutes. Once I was checked in, I was directed to the customer waiting area with comfortable seating, big screen TV, fire pit on outside deck and clean ladies room. One drawback was that the coffee machine was broken. My appointment was so early that I did not have time to drink my coffee beforehand. The customer service staff were courteous and polite and professional. The cost for the service maintenance was reasonable. I was able to get my car inspected for free because I purchased my vehicle from Ray Price Auto. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. More
