Unethical dealership I bought 2014 Corolla in October 2018 with one month bumper to bumper & tree months power Tran warranty, at the time of pick up on tire sensor was out I bought 2014 Corolla in October 2018 with one month bumper to bumper & tree months power Tran warranty, at the time of pick up on tire sensor was out & glove box was broken I was told by the sales manager Mr Denny Castellanata that since I lived far, get it fixed & send them the invoice, they even gave me a slip saying what dealership owe, today is May 29th 2019, they haven’t paid for it, that’s not all, within a month I realized that engine is making rattling sound, at first nobody replied my phone calls then they tried their best to convince me that car had to sold as is without ant warranty, since contract says limited warranty they took the car in but claimed that their is no noise, when I was there to get any technician to show, they said tech can’t come out & I can’t go in. I got diagnosed by Toyota dealership & there is problem in the engine. So finally I went to small claim court & showed them the paperwork, I might get my money but such a hassle. I strongly suggest not to go to this dealership. So far I’ve bought so many cars this was the worst experience. More

Impressive 1st Time Service Visit I've been using the same Ford Service Dept. in the Lehigh Valley for 25 years even after moving from Bethlehem to Stroudsburg 2 years ago. This was the only Ford dealer I could find (I went thru 5) that was honest(didn't try to sell me service I didn't need) and did the work correctly. I decided to try Ray Price Stroud Ford and I have been pleasantly impressed with the service. Appointment was very easy to schedule online and didn't have to wait one or 2 weeks to get a time slot. The service writer (Colleen??) was very professional and courteous. The problem with my vehicle was diagnosed quickly and I received a call promptly that morning and didn't have to call back 2 or 3 times to find out what was wrong. I will be returning for service on my other Ford vehicles. More
