AWESOME !!!! This was my first visit to the new Ray Price Ford, Stroudsburg - WOW - what a beautiful place. I pulled into the service area, the doors went up aut This was my first visit to the new Ray Price Ford, Stroudsburg - WOW - what a beautiful place. I pulled into the service area, the doors went up automatically and I was greeted by a service person immediately. Each and every service person who was there could not have been nicer or more helpful. One nice woman - Cyndi - walked me through the new facility and showed me where everything was. By the way, I had my dog with me and she was as welcomed by all the service people as I was. What can I say --- where can you bring your pet and have it be made as comfortable as these people made us -- just, WOW !!!! Now, let me add that Gary, who I believe is the best salesman EVER, and turned me onto the Ford Edge, came to say hello to me and my pup. It is because of people like these that I will remain a loyal Ford customer. More

I was issued a LOANER and assured that my concerns would be addressed by the next day since the replacement part was NOT available that evening. Great experience but for a coffee machine. Great new location and service. Tiny hiccup, coffee machine had no water and coffee pods left were all decaf. Excellent I was scheduled to have my car inspected. I called the service and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I was greeted by someone, I was scheduled to have my car inspected. I called the service and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I was greeted by someone, I’m sorry I don’t remember her name and she entered my information in the computer and then showed me the lounge and where I could get snacks and beverage. Then she told me the approximate time the inspection would take. A short while later she advise that I was due for an oil change and etc. in the next 500 miles and asked if I would like it done now, since I was already there. I told her that would be great and they processed to complete the service. I was done and on my way shortly after that. More

Under warranty I own an 08 Mercury Milan bought from ray price and my door lock broke for the 4th time .. this is the 3 rd time I brought into ray price and when I I own an 08 Mercury Milan bought from ray price and my door lock broke for the 4th time .. this is the 3 rd time I brought into ray price and when I went to pay for it they said it was under warranty if it broke in 1 month it wouldn’t be under warranty cause it was under warranty for 2 years thank god i saved my receipt . So I was very happy that it was cause it would of cost 115$ to fix .. i live paycheck to paycheck and don’t need any unplanned expenses More
