Sale good \ Follow-up Not good David was great during the actual sale of the car a very nice Lexus but I pointed out that the was what was probably a "highspot" on one or both of th David was great during the actual sale of the car a very nice Lexus but I pointed out that the was what was probably a "highspot" on one or both of the front rotors since the car had a vibration or bump when applying the brakes. I asked if this could be taken care of by the dealer he replied that he didn't think his manager would go for it but that he would check, also I mentioned that there was only one key FOB but I said that it was a big deal and that I'd have to purchase another one. He told me that he would get me contact info of someone who could clone or get me one for cheaper than dealer prices. Once the sale went thru all contact stopped. So while I can't say I had a bad experience with the actual sale the follow-up does leave a lot to be desired but maybe that is there way. For the sale I would say yes I could recommend but just warn people to make sure all is ok prior to purchase More
