Earned my buisness After filing a chapter seven bankruptcy, I had received many "opportunities" to go and get a vehicle of my choosing. However, the vehicle of my choosi After filing a chapter seven bankruptcy, I had received many "opportunities" to go and get a vehicle of my choosing. However, the vehicle of my choosing and the way I was treated at multiple dealerships was unbelievable. I decided to go to Ray Skillmam North East Buick GMC to try my luck there. The dealership itself is one of a kind, but the staff couldn't be better. I walked up to the dealership and was greeted by David Schimmel as he opened the door for me. I had no idea what car I wanted, except for it to be an SUV. I was just desperate to get in a vehicle and get to work. David expressed his understanding of my situation and assured me, we would get a vehicle that I liked, and what I wanted even with the bankruptcy in my case. We went to his desk and he asked me a few questions, but it wasn't about cars! He asked me more about my hobbies, what I do for a living etc. After a few minutes of talking, David pulled up a red 2017 Jeep Patriot with less than 10,000 miles on it. I immediately fell in love with the vehicle, as it had everything I wanted and more., Somehow he found what I wanted without me having to think about it. After the test drive, he personally went to work with the finance team, and didn't leave their desk until he could find a loan that wouldn't break the bank and ensure a trust worthy bank to give me the loan. David came back with a Josh Falcon and had me approved for the Jeep, all in a days time. I signed the paperwork, but it wasn't over after that. David then took my Jeep to get detailed again before I left the dealership, put the temporary plates on, AND turned on the heat so the Jeep would be ready to roll when I went out in to the cold weather. After leaving the lot in my brand new Jeep, I felt comfortable that I had made the right move going to Ray Skillman North East Buick GMC. More

Terrain Denali Purchase The people I dealt with at this location were very courteous and helpful. I had visited the dealership on a very cold day in Nov of 2017 and David Sc The people I dealt with at this location were very courteous and helpful. I had visited the dealership on a very cold day in Nov of 2017 and David Schimmel came out in the lot to great me and introduce himself. I told him I was looking for a Terrain Denali and that I would be purchasing in early 2018. I was given a couple of calls in late December and I told Jade that I would be back in January. When I returned Jan 27th David remembered me and pointed me to Marrina Vannarath to assist me while he finished with another customer, Marrina took me out in the cold and rain to inform me about the Denali I was interested in and went out with me on a test drive. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. When we finally got together with David we worked on a deal that I was almost comfortable with. He insisted that I take the vehicle home for the weekend that did it. I came back Monday and we made the deal!! More

I really recommend that they provide a quick car wash when they finish with our servicing at the dealership. Most others dealerships provide the basic car wash as a courtesy to their clients. I purchased my Sonic from our dealership in 2015. Besides no car wash courtesy, I would recommend this dealership if they could speed up their servicing time frame a bit especially if one scheduled their service ahead of time. More
