Update: They said the fuel pump improved the misfire but it wasn't completely fixed. Stated that they were waiting on additional parts to come out of Dallas. I ended up picking my car up on 12/7/23. I said "I feel like you all should eat this as a result of terrible customer service + you've had my car so long etc." DB said ok I'll get my manager. I asked was it Mitch he said no, Matt. So, the initial review probably is for Matt not Mitch. Nonetheless, Matt the manager smh not a good business guy and probably shouldn't be manager. As he looked through my paperwork he told me I was being charged for the initial oil change & tire rotation. He then said "I tell you what, you pull the review and I'll take care of your service." I was offended. I said no way, the review stands. He said "welp, you'll owe for the $189." I said wooowwwwww is this really happening. To which he responded with "that's business," To which I said, it may be business but it's not GOOD business. As I handed my credit card over to pay my bill, I kindly asked for a copy of all of the paperwork. I received a packet substantially smaller than the packet they had me sign. I asked Matt, again, fora copy of allll the paperwork to which he responded, 'this is your copy, you get the pretty colored copies, those black and whites are just repair orders, part orders etc." I then asked, again, for a copy of alllll the paperwork; he then obliged. Ray Skillman, good luck with this guy being your service manager. Not only does he NOT represent nor uphold good business. His integrity is in question as well. More

Every time you try calling the service department they never answer the phone. I got a flat tire and had to go up there because nobody answers the phone and when I got up there they didn't have my tire in never answer the phone. I had a couple of issue with that: 1. He never made an attempt to call another Kia dealership to see if they had a tire. I would have went there instead of coming there if they would have answered the phone. 2. I had a warranty on my tires so good customer service would have been doing what you can to help your customer, I had to ask him to change my tire to a doughnut. His response was I need to see if someone can do that and if I had one, my response was I hope so this is a 2021. My car is leased and this dealership and the one in Carmel, Service department has already let me know that I would not be buying a Kia. Two bad experiences from 2 different service dealerships. That's a red flag, love my K5 but if i have a problem Im not confident in there service department. More

Outstanding experience with Ray Skillman Shadeland Kia purchasing a 2021 Kia Telluride SX V6 AWD Prestige and Nightfall Edition Packages. We visited Ray Skillman after looking for this SUV at other Kia d purchasing a 2021 Kia Telluride SX V6 AWD Prestige and Nightfall Edition Packages. We visited Ray Skillman after looking for this SUV at other Kia dealers unsuccessfully! We were told at two different dealers that such car had a huge demand that it was going to be practically impossible to get one, or if getting one it was going to be ~10K USD at least over sticker price!!!! Well, we decided to go a bit further (we live in Carmel) and stopped at Ray Skillman - Shadeland. There we met Bob Silvey and Shawn Salinas (Sales manager). They did confirm the high demand for this SUV, but started working with us in finding options to order a new one, giving us good options to get it and at an expected price. We were able to customize our Telluride the way we wanted it (interior and exterior colors, packages, accessories, etc.) with the help of Bob and Shawn, agreed on a price for it, and conditions, and they ordered it to Kia. Our Telluride was ordered, and after a couple of months it arrived just as we wanted it. Yesterday I went to the dealer, closed the deal, and came home driving our beautiful Gravity Gray, Dune Brown leather seats, SX Prestige Package and Nightfall Edition package Telluride. Negotiation was simple and easy, conditions were the expected ones, so overall it was a great experience getting this car. I can say that after dealing in Indiana with Mazda, Ford, Volkswagen, Audi and Lexus dealers, this has been by far the best and most positive experience. Kuddos to Shawn and Bob for their customer oriented service, something you don't always see easily in this type of business, and kudos to Kia for bringing to the market a very nice SUV at a pretty convenient price. I purchased Kia telluride. This is a high demanding model, and it was tough to find what I want (once I found the car, it was already gone).
