Every time you try calling the service department they never answer the phone. I got a flat tire and had to go up there because nobody answers the phone and when I got up there they didn't have my tire in never answer the phone. I got a flat tire and had to go up there because nobody answers the phone and when I got up there they didn't have my tire in stock and they said it can take up to a week for my tire to get there. I had a couple of issue with that: 1. He never made an attempt to call another Kia dealership to see if they had a tire. I would have went there instead of coming there if they would have answered the phone. 2. I had a warranty on my tires so good customer service would have been doing what you can to help your customer, I had to ask him to change my tire to a doughnut. His response was I need to see if someone can do that and if I had one, my response was I hope so this is a 2021. My car is leased and this dealership and the one in Carmel, Service department has already let me know that I would not be buying a Kia. Two bad experiences from 2 different service dealerships. That's a red flag, love my K5 but if i have a problem Im not confident in there service department. More

Horrible I have came into this dealership 2 times to have my oil changed and everyone that I have came in contact with has been very rude and not really helpfu I have came into this dealership 2 times to have my oil changed and everyone that I have came in contact with has been very rude and not really helpful at all the first time I came they was to lazy to look anything up in the computer the second time I was turned away because the didn't feel like changing my oil although I had a 5pm appointment the don't take anyone after 415 I was told although on line it says 6pm needless to say I am a loyal kia customer and was going to be updating my car soon I WILL NOT BE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL NOR WILL I SEND ANY BUSINESS THERE WAY More
