Made a prearranged appointment to purchase a particular vehicle, though on arrival saw several other vehicles of interest. We felt welcome, comfortable and under no pressure as we came to expect from other dealerships that we have entered. The internet sales department or more specifically, Melissa and Brian, were extremely helpful in initiating the transaction upon the initial call and prior to our prearranged arrival. I would highly recommend the dealership. Up to this point we are very happy with the Mustang we have purchased. This dealership is hands down the GREATEST group of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I contacted Brian with low hopes of even obtaining an automobile, but to my surprise, he used his resources and knowledge to get us the exact vehicle we wanted and was even nice enough to do a follow up call a couple days later to make sure we were happy with everything, and that we weren't having any problems. As a result, I have told many people about him and the Skillman group and hope that they will come their way for their next auto purchase.
