I called about 6 months ago after I payed $1,237 at the dealership in Columbus Ohio to have the repairs properly completed. I was told they would get back with me and no one nevcer did. I wasn't going to be ignorant about it I just took it as a lost but if you were in that situation you would be pretty frustrated. I spent alot of money to get a problem fixed and then got blown off. Mr. Wooten, thank you for providing your vehicle identification number, that allowed me to review your file. I have contacted Ford (left them a voicemail) to see if I can get you some assistance with your previous repairs. Ford customer assistance center is closed today for Good Friday so it will probably be Monday before i hear back from them. In the meantime, if you could fax me a copy of your invoice from the repairs that were made in Columbus,Ohio that would give me a little more ammo when talking with Ford. My fax # is 317-887-4122.
