I applied for credit online, and got the phone number for Auto Mall, they said they'd be back with me. Once in contact with Nolan, Rachel, and Kevin, I received very good service (a 4.5 if i had to put a number on it). The only improvement could be in wait time for finance from sales, but I am a realistic person and realize that someone can not be on standby for each and every salesperson. Bobby Lee was professional and to the point. I made my purchase and was out the door in less than 3 hours with my new truck. I cannot remember the name of the female internet sales rep that made the initial phone contact with me after I inquired about the vehicle I was to eventually purchase via an email, and I apologize for that, but thanks to her, I made the trip to Greenwood from Nashville, IN to see the vehicle. The night before I had a poor experience on the Skillman website, as all my trade-in info I entered was lost for whatever "cyberspace" reason. I was ready to blow off the vehicle and look elsewhere for another until I received a call from this rep. Thanks to her professionalism and Bobby Lee's handling of all the details, we made the deal quickly and to the satisfaction of both sides. These folks are an asset to Ray Skillman Ford.
