It was a great experience. The closing was upsetting and almost didn’t go through with the purchase. Pushing a longer warranty at the end made me think I should worry about the quality of car. I called the manager when I got home and he resolved the issue. It ruined my excitement for the night but talked with others to reassure this is the car for me. I picked up the car the next day. I hope financial closing staff know when to back off when they know a customer is not interested. They should still represent your car and back up the quality you are getting. Quinton was awesome and the sales manger was great. I just didn’t care for the closing financial guy at the end. I believe his name was Josh. thanks More
