Very easy to work with. I just bought my second 2017 from Ray Varner Ford. I got a F150 in the spring and went back for a 2017 Edge last week. I had Ted as the salesman on I just bought my second 2017 from Ray Varner Ford. I got a F150 in the spring and went back for a 2017 Edge last week. I had Ted as the salesman on both deals. Ray talked to us both times we were in the dealership and the finance man was also nice to work with. Ted had to pickup the Edge from another dealer in the area and it came in at the time he told us it would. They know what it takes to made the customer happy at this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car or truck. More

Easy process, but. We made an agreement the salesman worked with me on the price or a nearly new car. When I came back a few hours later the price had increased $100. Went in on Monday afternoon and the owner, Ray Varner and one of the salesman Ted Saw a truck on the internet over the weekend we were interested in. Went in on Monday afternoon and the owner, Ray Varner and one of the salesman Ted greeted us as soon as we walked in. They were great, no pressure and had a deal within an hour. Ray went above any beyond our expectations to make sure we got the best deal possible. Even gave us top dollar for our trade it. We will be repeat customers. No better dealership around. More

Not what I expected After doing considerable research, I made an internet inquiry to Ray Varner Ford and a couple of other area dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted After doing considerable research, I made an internet inquiry to Ray Varner Ford and a couple of other area dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted and had a better than average idea as to what I would have to pay.. Within 30 minutes, Mike Cox of Ray Varner responded stating he may have found one I would like. I responded back that I would be by in the next afternoon of so to see him. I arrived at the dealership after work on Friday and the first salesperson I ran into was Mike. After introductions, we began to cover the lot. Could not find what I wanted on the lot so we went to his office and found what met my requirements, but the truck was in Georgia and would have to be transferred to Tennessee. The truck was transferred on Monday and now it belongs to me. I have to admit, I expected the worse, but I was pleasantly surprised at how pleasant and accommodating Mike and Ray Varner were to me. A very positive experience for me, which is not what I expected. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Once we told them we were interested, they drove our trade in, and gave us a net cost number in just a few minutes. Their first offer was a very good deal, so we shook hands and were done in less than 30 minutes. A wonderful experience. More
