Chris made this process so easy. He was great to work with, explained our options, and never once did I feel like I was being sold something. It felt consultative and pressure-free. The delivery manager explained our options and I felt as though I was being educated and not being pressured into buying a service so they could make an extra buck. The finance manager explained the benefits of additional coverage and again, no pressure and we felt we made an informed decision.
