Fortunately, one of the representatives recommended that I come into the dealership, where I had the pleasure of meeting Chris—and I am extremely grateful that I did. He took the time to understand my situation, explained the VA grant process clearly, answered all of my questions, and guided me through every step of purchasing the vehicle I needed.
