Loved my salesperson , Luis. Price was just as advertised. It was after sales that everything went south. Aftermarket person for body protection, the big push and pull from finance for added on w advertised. It was after sales that everything went south. Aftermarket person for body protection, the big push and pull from finance for added on warranty. I was getting flustered and frustrated because I kept saying no and no was not an acceptable answer. Within the next business day I asked for a refund of 2899 that I paid for rust proofing, undercoating package ( isn’t that shameful!). And I am getting such a hassle, 14 calls today and still trying to negotiate me into this package! I keep asking why can’t you just issue the refund! None of this work has been done yet, they tried to say while I was in finance they started the process. The car was directly in front of the dealership from the time I got there until the time I left, it was not taken anywhere. The sales part was excellent , no hassling but the aftermarket part and then finance wore me out. I have lost sleep over how I am going to pay 2899 on top of the car purchase, I have been so stressed out since I left. I saved for over a year for the down payment and have no idea how I am going to pay this extra charge being I am disabled and on limited income. I thought I had found my new favorite place but unfortunately I was wrong More
