I just leased a new Kia from Raymond Kia of Antioch and I must say I’m very impressed. As most people feel about buying a new car, I thought it would be a long drawn out process. Troy Crippen was the salesperson that worked with me to find my dream car. I explained a little bit about my lifestyle and what I was looking for. Boy, was he a great listener! He showed me a few options of different cars they had in stock but the very first one was the perfect match. Troy was great at not only explaining the great features the car had to offer but also the benefits they would have on my life. In short I would definitely buy and refer friends/family to buy from Kia Raymond again and specifically ask for Troy very time! More

Originally I was interested in a Kia Optima. But, decided to check out the Kia Optima Hybrid. I found two dealers in the proximity of where I was willing to "shop" with great buys (way better than other deal to check out the Kia Optima Hybrid. I found two dealers in the proximity of where I was willing to "shop" with great buys (way better than other dealers in a 200 mile radius). Having not ever driven, or even looked at a hybrid, I had some reservations, thinking there might be a bit of a "learning curve". We took a trip to Raymond Kia to check out one of the vehicles that I saw. We were immediately greeted by Sales Representative, Troy Crippen. Troy did a great job, providing us an overview of the dealership and then got started right away, pulling up the vehicle I inquired about. When the vehicle was pulled around, Troy took a lot of time going over the features of the vehicle. Our test drive was great. Troy wanted to ensure we had as much time as needed to get comfortable with the car and to check it out in various driving conditions. He demonstrated his knowledge of the vehicle without being over-bearing. He did so in a way that did not leave us feeling like we were in information overload - Rather, well informed. When we returned to the dealership, I mentioned the car had a different interior than another option I had seen. Troy didn't hesitate in pulling up their inventory to see if they had the other option interior at the same price point and found it. We went to look at it in the back. Troy even offered to pull the other one back so I could look at them side by side. I wasn't quite ready to "sign on the dotted line that day" and felt I had to take the time to think it all through, get some things in order, etc. Troy's manager, Don came over to meet us. When I explained I just wasn't ready to "sign on the dotted line", he was understanding and offered to let us take it home for a night or so to show the family and see if it really was for us. I declined the offer but thought it was a great one. I told them both that I would likely be back in on Friday. Troy also told me that if we bought the car, he’d set up a follow up appointment just to make sure I was familiar with all of the cars options, which was great. I walked away from the dealership feeling I made so much headway in my decision process due to the time Troy took with us. Normally I would've gone and checked out the other vehicle I saw on-line that was priced comparably, just under this one and also a bit closer to where I live. However, I was so impressed with Troy, Don and my overall experience, I decided if I was going to get this vehicle at all, it would be at Raymond. It was a great buy and the experience I had was worth a ton, as well. We came back Friday but I was still undecided on the interior. We took them side by side and Troy was patient as I took my time making my mind up and getting the opinion of my mom and son. Once I finally decided on the one that I hadn't driven the other day, we took it for a test drive, too. Again, Troy was great and provided the detailed info for my son, who wasn't with us on our previous visit. He wanted us to take as much time as we needed to feel good about the decision and made that clear. We got back and started the process of buying the car. Troy took us over to show us their service department before we went across the street to do the paperwork. This went quickly and smoothly to our delight. I’d definitely recommend Raymond to family and friends. Their approach is great, they offer perks like free car washes & courtesy vehicles if you have your car in for service. If I had family/friends in the market, I would (and will) absolutely send them to Troy Crippen at Raymond, feeling 100% confident that they would be well taken care of. I’m thrilled with my new vehicle and thrilled with the buying experience. Sometimes that experience can taint the whole thing. However, this was the opposite. I feel great about the people I worked with, great about the deal I got and great about driving a fabulous vehicle! More

Raymond Kia/Chevy is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. Everyone was friendly from the time I walked in, and they gave me the most money for my trade-in than any other dealership offered. I w ever been to. I worked mostly with Troy and Darek and I explained to them my goals of lowering my payment and getting into something more fuel efficient, and that is exactly what I drove away with...in a brand new vehicle! Nobody tried to up-sell me anything, and I feel like Troy and Darek got me the best deal possible. It is a bit of a drive for me to go there, but I will definitely be back to Raymond Kia for my services and next vehicle purchase! More

I didn't feel like I would get the full car shopping experience, but I was wrong. Troy made sure that I got to look at every car I want to see, and we took many test drives.
