I came in looking for a car. I was greeted by a very friendly young man named Scott At Rutgers. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. After leaving I felt bad because I refused to give him my name or number or even go into the store. I've had such bad experiences elsewhere. But this guy seemed different. Great experience when it seemed bleak. Chris Kreft knew his cars, he knew what banks look for, and he knew not to put us into something that we couldn't handle. To have one person be knowledgeable enough to handle all that is a blessing. From beginning to end we dealt with Chris and felt we were in good hands. Thank you for restoring our faith and we will definitely be using you for all family cars (there's 3 of us)!! We purchased a Kia Rio On March 16, 2020 we decided to purchase a new car. Several of my friends have Kias so we chose the Kia Rio that was advertised on the website. He was very thorough and helpful and completely explained all of the details of the car. He set up my radio stations and showed us how to load our contact list to make live calls. I truly enjoyed my experience with everyone in the showroom that day. We had a great discussion about music that made me feel very comfortable. Joe was calm and very courteous. We are thrilled with all of the extras that come with our car. I highly recommend Raymond Kia, Joe and all of the people that we worked with that day.
