We went to Razzari to buy out our lease. The F150 only had 26k miles after a 36 mo lease and we had our own financing in place to finish the buy out. They gave us the biggest bullshuck runar The F150 only had 26k miles after a 36 mo lease and we had our own financing in place to finish the buy out. They gave us the biggest bullshuck runaround. And then I realized why...the minute we bought out the lease, the truck would no longer be in their inventory and they'd have to pay Ford for it. We kept it so pristine that it was worth way more than the buy out price of 25k. They kept pushing for us to buy a different truck but we wouldn't budge. That truck was worth 35k easily and they would have put it on their lot for 40k. After all was said and done, we find out they never transferred the registration to our name, which made it look like the truck was still in their inventory so they could buy time and not have to pay Ford. Do not do business with these shady people. More

When you have issues with your new vehicle they won't give you a loaner or rental even when they have your vehicle for iver a week. They don't return calls. This is the 2nd time in less than 36,000 miles we have had the same experience. I would not recommend a vehicle from this dealership. More

Took my truck in for diagnostic dropped it off the night before and the next day no call I called myself and was told 1900 plus parts. Asked for the total estimate including parts and got I will call you before and the next day no call I called myself and was told 1900 plus parts. Went down there and WENDY again blew me off I told her I'd pay for the diagnostic and ol Oil change but was done. Again said I needed to wait and blew me off I raised xxxx talked to her boss and told him. It was a xxxx show and was tired of being blown off. He went to get my paperwork which she couldn't produce or didn't have ready he apologized comped my oil change and I left after waiting on her for 45 minutes. she is unprofessional to say nothing of rude and seems to not know her job. Will NOT be going back there again More

Old school , cares about customer service ( still wears a suit and tie takes his job seriously & professionally.) Eric Ham runs a great dealership it's a pleasure to buy once again from my local community. Service has always been exceptional , Val and Mike Leap never leave me guessing in the service dept THEY never seam put out to help even if I just have a phone question. Great service I went in to get an oil change and left with a car. Everyone was so nice very helpful and knowledgeable about the car.
