Used Car Purchase Went Great I have shopped at Razzari Ford a number of times and have always had a good experience with their sales team. This past Friday is the first time I pur I have shopped at Razzari Ford a number of times and have always had a good experience with their sales team. This past Friday is the first time I purchased a car from them. It was a used Honda with very high miles, but I got a good price and am very happy with the experience (kudos to David and Omar for helping me out). They let me to take it to my local mechanic for a once-over before purchasing it, and their service department corrected the couple of issues the mechanic uncovered (the brake rotors needed some work). A couple of days after bringing it home, there was another issue and I took it back and was treated fairly. I see they get some mixed reviews on Yelp, but I can tell you that my experience with them was great and I plan on giving them the first shot on my next new or used vehicle. More

If you find yourself there and want to have the best service possible and want to be taken care of throughout the entire process then asking for "Zach" is a must. Zach was very professional and I never once felt pressured into buying. He answered all of my questions, helped me on his days off, found the exact truck I wanted in another city and even went to pick it up for me! He continues to answer all of my questions to this day (weeks after buying). I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Zach! More

We stopped by to look at the Mazda cx5, as soon as we got there Carlos came out to greet us. He seemed nice and wasn't pushy. The next day we went back for the car and dealt with Carlos again, this time his sales manager Mike was also involved. Mike evaluated the car we wanted to trade in and gave us a low trade in value, telling us since the car had been in an accident with air bag deployed they would have to send it to auction and couldn't sell it at their lot. We were able to talk them up a little on the trade in and they made a huge deal out of giving us invoice price for the car we were buying. As we were about to leave I asked for the 2nd key fob to the car and was told they couldn't find it at the time and would find it and have it ready for us the next day. The next day when I called to see if we could pick up the key fob we were told it had been ran over and no one had order another. Mike told us he would personally make sure it was ordered and rush shipped and would call back to let me know what day to expect it. That never happened. After a week I called and spoke to Mike again, again he said he would personally make sure it got ordered and overnight it, then would call back and let me know it was order... Again never happened. I also was in contact with Carlos several times about it was was told Mike was very busy making sales and he couldn't order it himself. Finally someone in parts felt bad for us and ordered the key fob. We had to take the car back to get detailed, since it was done when we bought the car because we were in a rush, and to get the key fob set up and both those things would take at least 4 hours. We ended up only getting the key fob set up because of how long everything would take... Then when we got the car they had not even cut the actual key to fit the car so we have to take the key somewhere to match the original. Today our license plates came in and we had to go pick them up. While we were there we seen the car that we traded in that they told us they could not sell on their lot in the front for sale with a price over double what they gave us. Mike and Carlos both sat and lied to us about our trade in and cared nothing about customer service after we left the lot. I wish we had bought our car from another dealership and would never go back. I'm sure they are selling used cars that have been in accidents and not disclosing. Believe the reviews about this place, they are true. More

Unpleasant I went into the dealership to find my next car. The employee that came out was very nice and understood the situation I was in. However, on two sep I went into the dealership to find my next car. The employee that came out was very nice and understood the situation I was in. However, on two separate occasions I heard who I assume to be "managers" making rude remarks about the available funds I had and what had happened to my previous car. They were so rude I ended up walking out. Neither of those "managers" smiled, or introduced themselves when I first got there, not even when I sat down with the rep to run some numbers. During that specific time is when the other employee (whoever sits "on high" and runs the numbers) make his snide remarks about my "available funds" needless to say, today I received my check I was expecting and it is more than enough to pay for HALF of any vehicle on their lot, but I will not return to that dealership and I will advise any of my friends and family to do the same. More

When we went to look at it, it was even nicer than the pictures. We were greeted by Johnny Trammell and he answered all of our questions. He was well-informed about various cars that would meet our needs, and showed us a couple of other ones, but he never once tried to steer us away from buying used, or into a higher price range than what we were looking for. I appreciate that. He had all of our payment and warranty options printed out for us so that we could go home and compare and think about it. He was very nice and easy to work with, and there was no pressure to buy on the spot. When we texted him with questions, he replied right away. When we came back in ready to buy, we had decided not to finance with them, but we ran into a problem because banks were closed that day. They actually set up temporary financing for us, and let us take the car and just bring the check to them the next day. Incredible! We love our new (to us) car and have only good things to say about our experience with this dealership. We would recommend Johnny, Chuck, and everyone who helpd us to anyone who would like a pleasant car shopping experience. More

I would drive the 2 hours again I found my car on Cars.com, that was located at Razzari Ford. He said he would wash it and hide it around back. I arrived two hours later and Zach had the car ready. We went on a great test drive and chatted about everything, including our baseball team rivalry. I purchased the car. The only reason that I did not give the 5th star was for the very long wait for the paperwork to be ready. I had a pre-approved loan from my bank, so I felt the paperwork should have taken several minutes, not an hour, to prepare. Zach personally removed my Dodgers license plate frame and installed it on my new vehicle. That's taking one for the team!!!!!!! More

Chuck kept me informed on delivery of this truck by calling me to keep me updated. I was on vacation for a week so that when I returned the truck was ready for pick up. Chuck then showed me every aspect of the features of this truck including how the Sync works. After I got home with the truck I got a call from Eric Hamm thanking me for the purchase.
