Terrible bait and switch tactics. I drove 45 miles and the car that I was told I could buy was not there. Then I was told it was "on the way." Then they tried to sell me on other cars. In my home town this dealership (and the other makes under the same owner) is called "We're sorry" instead of Razarri... NOTE: I do not remember the "closer" that zeroed in on my wife and me, so I picked out one of the people in the list, Mike Marzocco, who may NOT be the person that gave us such a bad experience. This dealership has been reported to me as one that offers services not need at inflated prices and one of those that plays the old game of bait and switch in order to pressure you into the highest penny they can squeeze out of you...
