After more than a decade of experience and my last Volvo being in the shop every 2 weeks for 2 years I found that my wife was right: every time I brought it in they would break something else. And how about the time that they left a huge ratchet wrench in the engine compartment. When I told them all they did was ask for it back. Too much attitude and not enough humility here. I am sure glad that my last Volvo was just that---MY LAST VOLVO - ever. More
