Most unprofessional place I've ever seen. Bought this car three months ago. It was jerking and squeaking so loud two days after buying. The issue is a safety concern and I had received a text from the mechanic they use who's name is Jason Borchert based out of Menomonie. He sent me texts calling my husband a fat Mexican and made homophobic comments about him looking gay and also gross sexual things like that my husband would jerk off to Jason's arms. It was disgusting th racial and homophobic comments. This is the mechanic they use. I then called the manager at the beginning of this week and left a message with a worker. I called back three days later after not getting a call back and the manager proceeded to tell me if Sergio has a problem he will only talk with him even though we are married. I drive th vehicle and pay the payments on the vehicle and the loan affects me. I tried asking him if a different mechanic could look at the issue for the fifth time because of the comments sent to me by his mechanic and he proceeded to hang up on me and hasnt offered a solution or anything else to the problem or addressed the racial and homophobic issue. I will not have my car fixed by a shop who makes those statements because it seems he doesn't like my husband who purchased it and probably never fixed the issue to begin with More
