I purchased a new Elantra from Red Hoagland. I could not have been treated any better. From the time I stepped onto the lot, to driving off in my new car everything was perfect. Jim did a great job of showing me the different options Hyundai offers. He did not try to pressure me like many salesmen do. After I purchased the car, Jim even took time to make sure I knew how to use all of the control features. He even set up my cell phone to work with the bluetooth that came with the car. I had a great experience with Red Hoagland in 2009 when I purchased a 2008 Elantra. Of course, when I was ready to trade in the Elentra for a new model in 2011, I went back to Red Hoagan. Jose Aguirre helped purchased a 2008 Elantra. Of course, when I was ready to trade in the Elentra for a new model in 2011, I went back to Red Hoagan. Jose Aguirre helped me with the process. He is very knowledge about Hyundai and helped me sort through my choices while keeping to my budget. I purchased the 2012 Sonata. I am extremely happy with my choice. As a consequence I recommended a friend to Jose who also purchased a 2012 Sonata. Thank you! Jose. The service department at Red Hoagland is also top notch. They are efficient and through. I'm the kind of person that will complain at a restaurant if their food isn't right so I consider it my duty to also compliment when things ARE right. Buying a car is NOT my favorite thing to do but I wanted to take some time out and write a review because I actually had a good experience and I want others to know about it. Somehow I lucked out this time around where the salesman I ended up with, Chris, was exactly what I needed. I was basically just considering my options the first time around yet he was very laid back and non-pressuring, which I appreciated. We took some test drives and he let me go on my way without the standard tactics. Over the next couple of weeks we kept in touch but not annoyingly-so. When we had made up our mind, we were very happy to buy a new Sonata from Chris. My recommendation in walking in to Red Hoagland would be to ask for him for sure! More

The dealership was very busy during my visit but the consultant made my visit easy and pleasant. I was in no way rushed or pressured to make any decisions. I would certainly recommend that anyone thinking about buying a vehicle to visit Red Hoagland Hundai. I know I am glad I did and would definetly do business with them again. More

Owning a 2008 Santa Fe, we stopped in to do some "tire kicking" after visiting another area dealer with whom we were not pleased. We didn't really need to replace our car but felt we should see whats available. Presently, Chris Whittington, a very charming gentleman, asked if he might be of service. He quite patiently and with some humor determined what we needed. Still a bit reluctant, we went thru some choices and numbers. Lo and behold we were close to what we might be willing to spend for a 2013 Santa Fe. We went back and forth a bit but settled on a price that we believe both of us felt good about. Chris bent over backwards to put this deal together and this has been the very best experience we have ever had in over 40 years of buying new cars! Something else... Their facility spotless. Everyone we met was polite and all seemed happy to be working at Red Hoagland. This really shows and made us very comfortable. More
