Horrible experience with . Manny. service appt was for 10.30. my car did not go in the shop till .11.10. I told Manny I only wanted oil and filter change. After arguing with Manny he finally took it off the bill. I've worked in dealerships for 25 years and never seen anything like this. I will never return and will never recommend you. More
