When I first inquired about the vehicle I received a few emails with in minutes from the Internet sales department. When I arrived at the dealership I was passed off to a sales rep I had no prior contact wi emails with in minutes from the Internet sales department. When I arrived at the dealership I was passed off to a sales rep I had no prior contact with. The dealership had a lot of construction next door so the vehicle was very dirty on the outside, I told the salesman it needed to be washed before I would even consider looking at it. The actual sale went well, the gentleman in the finance department was was not very friendly, I believe this due to me having secured my own finances before arriving at the dealership. He seemed very annoyed I did not use the dealership financing. Just before leaving I asked the salesman if I would receive a full tank of gas, his comment was the lot attendant only put a little amount of gas in each car. So I told the salesman I just paid over $30,000 for this vehicle and they could not fill it up with gas! The end result was I did get a full tank of gas after applying pressure on the salesman. The over all experience was a five on a scale of 10. More
