I arrived a little early, greeted straight away, by the time I sat down in waiting room car was going on to lift, so quick turnaround. Poor Customer Service in the Service Area. I had an appointment at 9:00am, arrived at 8:45am and had to wait almost two hours before I went to see the service person who said it would take an I had an appointment at 9:00am, arrived at 8:45am and had to wait almost two hours before I went to see the service person who said it would take an additional 15 minutes. I then noticed that my SUV had not even been taken to the service bay to perform the recall service. When you make an appointment at 9:00am and don't get the service until 11:00am, that's not a reasonable amount of time. I have had issues with the service department here in the past. I will now drive the extra distance and go to Lakeland Hyundai for service and when I purchase my next Hyundai! More
