I brought brought my car in for warranty work and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The service person came right out to my car, took me inside to the service desk. The person at th couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The service person came right out to my car, took me inside to the service desk. The person at the help desk was warm and welcoming. I went to the lounge area to wait and within 20 minutes the person from the service desk came and notified me that my car’s work was complete and pointed me to my car. More

BUYER BEWARE. Spent several days working on a deal with the internet manager, she was great. Agreed on a purchase price. I was an out of town buyer so I asked to h Spent several days working on a deal with the internet manager, she was great. Agreed on a purchase price. I was an out of town buyer so I asked to have the purchase agreement emailed. “We can’t do that” ok, take pictures and text it to me so I can read over it prior to my arrival “that’s just not something we can do” . Ok, mail me the documents, an hour goes by and I get a call “we just can’t mail the documents and actually we sold the car”. The next morning a manager calls me and tries to get me back and says they can email the documents and what can he do to make it right. Bottom line is they are super shady and straight up lied. What is in their purchase agreement that they didn’t want me to take my time and read over? Way too many red flags. Glad I found my car at another dealership and now I know why Hoagland has one of the worst ratings on this site! More
