Not having to pay my first month until a month later saved me a lot as well because I drove my new car so much to show it off that I needed the extra time to buy extra gas. Gus and shaun are awesome and so friendly. I'd love to work with all of the staff again. The crew (other than Gus and shaun) were so nice too, they all remembered me and asked how my new car was and it made me feel special. More

As the car buying should be.. My friend and I went to the dealership next door to look at another brand and the salesperson was completely lost. The management apparently didn't feel it necessary to help him and finally the manager came over and began the old ricks I remembered from years ago. Shane Gaines at Hoagland Hyundai was very professional and actually followed our lead in the process.. in other words, he was helpful and knowledgeable and not at all demeaning or pushy, more understanding and right on point with explanations to questions we had.. My friend is semi-retired and has a history in car sales from years back, he also praised Shane, "..very professional, a little light humor to ease the tension of the process.." He was impressed as well. Thank you for having a fine staff, some other salesmen were also cordial and welcoming while we waited for the car to be spruced up for delivery...very nice, indeed. More

The finance guy was too pushy, trying to get me to buy the extra warranties. I bought it late on a Saturday night so I was unable to get it washed or meet the service department. However Jimmy offered me the chance to come back for a free wash. Jimmy was so helpful with the blue link set up too. He stayed late the night I purchased to make sure everything was good to go.
