They couldn't care less about selling me a damaged car that wasnt even inspected before I went to finance department. Bumper wasnt connected and cracked on the bottom, he told me they'd "get it taken care of" and it'd be ready by Thursday. I called Thursday and low and behold he was off! How convenient. So I asked my sales rep what was going on with my car, and he said only the used car manager would be able to help me. The vehicle didn't go to either of Red Mccombs body shops, and his idea of a "fix" was to glue the bumper onto the brackets and under the headlights so I'll never be able to take it off if needed to. And secondly touched it up and ended up making it look even worse due to it being a tricoat. With the front bumper aside, i haven't even driven the vehicle 1000 miles and the rotors are warped. I get that i bought a used car but all that did before delivering me the vehicle was change the oil and replace the air filters. The only thing I've taken away from this entire ordeal is I'd never let anyone I know take their vehicle here or buy a new/used car from them. More
We've bought two cars new from Red McCombs. After this I will never do business with them again. The dealership failed in so many ways: Cost to replace a rear release switch was $910.91 = After this I will never do business with them again. The dealership failed in so many ways: Cost to replace a rear release switch was $910.91 = $110 for the part plus an EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLAR service charge. Communication from dealership and service department was terrible. After getting dozens of texts and emails reminding me of my appointment, the staff had no urgency to take care of my problem or keep me updated. I spoke to people who did not get answers for me, told me the wrong hours for service, or hung up the phone. Text messages were ignored. Service manager Gilbert Pena told me Friday he'd call me Saturday morning with repair status and never spoke to me again. No one ever notified me the work was completed. I had to drive over and ask at the service desk. Service department performed one of those multi-point inspections so they could upsell me on other maintenance. But they didn't bother to reprogram my key fobs as I requested. And they never did any sort of "electrical inspection". And to top it off they sent a text from "Patrick Stephens" asking how they treated me. I responded and of course never heard from anyone. Goodbye Red McCombs! I'd give you a worse rating, but the numbers only go so low. More

I don’t like the way service person is talking and following up, before inspection he scares customer with lot of things. And you guys are charging huge for Labour and false promises.
