Was really looking forward to test driving a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe at this dealership as I’d heard fairly good things about them, but was let down along the way. They set a time to meet at 6pm. The car was not clean inside or outside for showing and was out of gas. We had to wait 35 minutes before seeing the car. Thankfully, the salesman Rudy was very nice and the test drive went well. Then comes numbers. Just like so many others, the department tried to slide in doc fees and CPO certs that should already be included in the sticker price, not added after arrival. They came down to meet my asking price and so begins their paperwork. In the meantime, our salesman was getting pulled to assist other customers. I was already pre-approved for the loan to speed things up, but they were taking quite a while with the few customers they had. By the end, it had taken the whole process a little over 3.5 hrs where it could’ve easily been done in 2 hrs. Again, I applaud Rudy for being very kind and professional throughout the process, but the vehicle not being show ready and the lengthy financial process kinda killed the experience. More
