I took my Sonata Hybrid in for diagnostics that would intermittently cause the car to shut down and require the 12 volt reset. The Service Advisors were very courteous and great at explaining issues when intermittently cause the car to shut down and require the 12 volt reset. The Service Advisors were very courteous and great at explaining issues when I would show up on site, however, I had to show up several times to get an update. They were always too busy to speak with me over the phone. Also, the backlog for the diagnostics was almost 8 weeks. I had to leave my car on site for 8 weeks as their insurance would not allow me to sign up for diagnostics, then bring the car in when they were ready for it. I could have used a rental, but would only be reimbursed for it if they determined that the issue was under warranty. In all, the personnel are courteous and helpful, but either understaffed or unable to provide the service needed for the product. Unfortunately, other dealerships are also suffering from this malady as well. More
