I took my car in for a routine oil change. It took 2 hours! The staff, however, was courteous and apologized for the delay stating that it was Friday and there were so many cars being servic It took 2 hours! Patrick Stephens is absolute trash manager and condemns customer’s property damage. My car was scratched 2 times before so I decided to take a snap of before and after the 3rd scratch. I left a message(ple customer’s property damage. My car was scratched 2 times before so I decided to take a snap of before and after the 3rd scratch. I left a message(please to not step and scratch) near the spot and sure enough scratched again. This time I told Patrick Stephens about and to my astonishment he blamed on me. Even tho all the workers who checked before him saw the deep scratch. I was very respectful but annoyed. I don’t understand why Patrick is even in management if clearly don’t understand what service is and condemns all the damaged his worker did. I used to come for service at least once a month but now will never be back. I know you might not care about one customer but hey if my car been scratched 3 time sure other cars are also being damaged. Absolutely trash service or rather NO SERVICE! More
