I recently bought a new car, the sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and knew all the ins and out of all the vehicles we looked at. I traded my old vehicle 2018 santa fe sport ultimum with 3300 knowledgeable, friendly and knew all the ins and out of all the vehicles we looked at. I traded my old vehicle 2018 santa fe sport ultimum with 33000 miles on it and I also had a handicap lift for my scooter. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because I had to take the lift off my old vehicle my self. Im a 60 yr old 100% disable veteran and what I disliked was that all the staff that were outside looking at their phones would just look at me and none of them offered me any assistance whatsoever, I was in extreme pain for about four days after that. I thought their service department would take care of taking the lift off but guess I was completely wrong. I think they were too afraid to maybe break a nail or mess up the hair. Very disappointed, Dissatisfied and extremely unhappy customer. More
4th attempt to get a second fob! First 3 times, orders for fob were not made, although I called and also went in person to the service department for the order. Fob was for brand new car and I had an authorization letter to get a second one. Previous attempts to get a fob: Online/web scheduling referred me to make a call because system had overwhelming traffic. Service department doesn’t return calls or won’t pick up. Made appointment in person but fob wasn’t in after I gave 5 weeks time when the fob supposed to be in. Called again for appointment and finally someone picked up and I asked about my 2nd fob and appointment. She put me on hold for over 25 minutes and when she picked up, she said “you still there?”. No apologies for leaving me on the phone that long. At my appointment, what should have taken 10 minutes to program a 2nd fob took over 2 1/2 hours. My car was just sitting there so I asked what’s going on. Mechanic forgot to let someone know that my car was ready and he drove somewhere to get spare parts so he wasn’t at the shop. And that is the reason why Im giving a 1 star rating. More
