Overall pleased with the experience but there are some opportunities for improvement. When I went into the trailer I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone for 5-10 min. However Ernest did provide excellent customer service once he was able to get to me. Same thing when I went to pick up my car. I was in the wrong trailer for at least 10 min before anyone acknowledged me or informed me I was in the wrong place. Dirt was tracked onto my floor mats and driver door. This should have been protected or at least cleaned. Car exterior was clean when I dropped it off but it had dried mud on the exterior when I picked it up. I understand the dealership is being revamped but I don’t think good service includes getting your car back dirtier than when you dropped it off. I’m not super mad about these things but If the techs can’t AT LEAST keep the interior of my new car clean, I will take it to a different dealership. More
I love the vehicle, but that was not indicative of my experience at this dealership. Our experience at this dealership was chaotic and disjointed. The first sales associate, Jordan, was challenging because he did not know much about the vehicle, and he used insulting language to try to pressure me into a sale, saying my decision to look at other dealerships "didn't make any sense" (I kept the text because I expect the associate to deny this) because the deal offered by this dealership was too good to pass on. The second sales associate I dealt with, Israel, was much more knowledgeable and respectful. One thing to watch for is pricing. There is an automatic $2,000 add-on for every vehicle. However, that was not communicated to me until AFTER I had test-driven the vehicle and was negotiating pricing. It was NOT indicated on the vehicle. Communication between the sales and financing departments was poor. When I got to financing, the finance manager had inserted the incorrect information on my application. When I arrived at a scheduled time to take delivery of the vehicle, it was not ready (had not been washed). I waited for the wash to take place, but when that was done I realized that the windows had not yet been tinted. When delivery to my home was made later that day, the purchase documentation was not delivered with it, so I had no proof of purchase. Overall, except for my experience with Israel, this dealership was well below average compared to my experiences at other dealerships. However, because I have to factor in my experience with Israel, I am rating this dealership at 3 stars. More

Very poor communication and customer service. If the service is going to take 3-5 days say so. And, if the customer is supposed to pick up the vehicle, a courtesy phone that day with a status wou If the service is going to take 3-5 days say so. I had to call, leave voicemails and call back constantly for an hour close to the end of the day just to see if my car was actually ready (after they quoted it to be complete). My service rep was almost non-existent, missing our drop off appointment and not there when I was told to pick up the vehicle. I probably will not return. Go to another Hyundai dealership, not any Red McCombs. More
