Terrible communication on status of vehicle. My original service agent apparently “left the company” when I called back in a few days for an update and no one could tell me what’s going on with My original service agent apparently “left the company” when I called back in a few days for an update and no one could tell me what’s going on with my vehicle until I get assigned a new service agent. Took a month to get an appointment for some recalls and told that I could not wait there for service as it would take a couple of days. No loaner cars offered so I had to carpool to work. Days go by and no call back. Finally call me after 5 days saying my vehicle is ready with no apologies or acknowledgment of the many voicemails I left inquiring about the status. If they had only responded earlier to reset expectations I could have planned for it. Ended up having to borrow a car from a friend. More

Matt and Israel did whatever it took to make me perfectly happy with my purchase of a GV70 vehicle. While we had to wait awhile for the vehicle to be delivered from South Korea, the wait was well worth it a happy with my purchase of a GV70 vehicle.
