I waited a month for my app't and made arrangements to leave my Genesis there for 9 days while I was out of town, giving plenty of time for the recall and my 40,000 maintenance. They advised they would need my car for at least 5 days and they had no loaner cars available. I called 3 days in a row and left a message with my name and telephone number, I did not receive a call back. Arrived on the 9th day to pick up my car and nothing was done. They had lost 2 technicians, construction, etc.....never got to it. Service rep said he sent me a text, but it was to the wrong number. Service advisor stated he could have my car ready tomorrow, but I live in Kerrville and care for my 87 yr old mother who had a doctor appointment the next day. I could not do without my car, which was why I made arrangements a month in advance to leave my car and provide ample time for the service. More
