If we didn’t drive two hours to get there and the car wasn’t in the condition it was we would have left. The sales experience was not great. The employee who went on the test drive with us stayed silent wasn’t in the condition it was we would have left. The sales experience was not great. The employee who went on the test drive with us stayed silent the entire time and was on his phone. Gave me attitude when asked to look over numbers while he watched YouTube on his phone in the office. The salesman send out the lower ranked employees to negotiate pricing while 19 guys huddle in one room screwing around and wont even speak to you themselves. Very sloppy in my opinion coming from a car dealer background myself. Understand there is construction however the customer service should be even better when we are giving you 18k in what felt like a homeless shelter. The guy who finished our paperwork was great and this has no reflection whatsoever on him. We were also told by the horrible salesman we would get a full tank since they wouldn’t budge on pricing and you didn’t even come through on that! I could go on but you already have my money. Do better guys! More
