What an awful experience 😢 We bought a 2016 Nissan Versa from them this month. It has broke down three times now with serious problems (alternator, serpentine belt, battery, spark plugs, CVT flush etc). The from them this month. We’ve gotten to drive it less than a week in the past month. We’ve had to have it towed three times. We’ve asked them for help. They refused to do anything. The car had a cracked windshield when we purchased it. They replaced the windshield. And the seal is popping out on both sides. Now we have to bring it in again and have them fix it. I have called and called and called them. They do not return calls. When I finally get someone to talk to me, they say they will talk with someone else and call me back. They do not call back. Our car still has the temporary plates. What a bummer to buy a car that is in bad mechanical condition. Red McCombs do not stand behind their cars that they sell. They do not care that I was stranded on the side of the road with my elderly father-in-law in the heat without air-conditioning. They only seem to care that they sold the car. Besides what we put down on the car and paid for the car, we are out another couple of thousand dollars. We did purchase the extended warranty. However most of what needed done is not covered under the warranty. Be aware that you might be buying a lemon if you purchase here. We were told the car was in good condition. We found out the car was not in good condition. We did test drive the car. It had a little squeal in the belt. I asked them to fix it. They said it was fine. It still squealed. I asked them again to fix it. They said there was nothing wrong with it and to put some oil on it and it won’t squeal. Otherwise the car seemed to be in fine shape. When I asked about the inspection, they said they do a 12 point inspection and not a 17 point inspection. This car passed that inspection.We are very disappointed in purchasing this car from this dealership. As of today, this car is still at a Nissan dealer in the service shop being repaired. At a minimum, we think they should have helped with a rental car, some of the repairs, or at least returned phone calls and taken care of their customer. More
Service for SCC being out , after waiting 3 hrs just to have the tech discover it was just a unplugged wheel hub but I had to make the Service Rep tell me what was wrong. It was just sign this and this again having basically bully this xxxxxxx to tell me what was wrong . To add the tech left my driver side car matt dirty with grease again why dealerships fail to use the paper protectors ? This is why Hyundai has customers disgusted with the brand for lack of customer service after the sell! More

This is the third Hyundai I have purchased from them, but things seem to have gone down hill. Different sale agent and different sales manager. The delivered a car with a defect in the back seat, a dent tha things seem to have gone down hill. Different sale agent and different sales manager. The delivered a car with a defect in the back seat, a dent that seems to have been created by the buckle of the seat belt. When I reported it they claimed it was not there when they delivered it to me. So if you buy from them, go over it with a fine tooth comb before driving off the lot. The sales manager would not return my calls to discuss the issue. Paul Flores tried to resolve the issue, but it was basically out of his hands. I will not be giving them any future business. More

He was very helpful in taking care of our needs with his friendly, efficient, detailed, and fast service. The ease of whole service was exceptional along with his staff. This dealership was able to find the car with the options that I wanted. However, things quickly went downhill. The car suddenly had more option and with more options came a higher price. Going ahead with that I wanted. However, things quickly went downhill. The car suddenly had more option and with more options came a higher price. Going ahead with the purchase, the car which was going to be available in a few days, it came apparent that it was due to applying those extra options that they stated were already on the car. I also purchased an extended warranty that I changed my mind and canceled the next day. However, that decision has lead to 8 months of trying to get that cancelation corrected and applied to the principle. I am still actively working on addressing this issue with the dealership. I would give caution when working with this dealership. More
