Got oil changed and service due to complimentary package on vehicle. Was never called that service was done. Kept calling service line 2 hours later for check up. Received car. Oil smudges everywhere drivers side steering wheel and door handle. Thats okay, can easily be wiped but expected it to be cleaner. Drove straight home. On arrival to home, got pinged at my phone that I have critical low oil engine. Dont know how thats possible, just got it changed. Went to car; puddle of oil underneath. Took it to Brake Check. They guys did an inspection. Says oil filter was not placed correctly. Wasnt flushed. Also oil everywhere underneath as if all oil missed. They opened the engine. Oil everywhere too. The brake check guys said “ did they miss the oil or what?” Got my engine and air filter checked at hyundai. Was told it was good. Had the brake check guys check it. My filter was on the darker side.. w lot of debris. So much for good huh. Got that replaced as well. Bad experience. Have a couple complimentary stuff left with hyundai. I’m just gonna go to brake check More
