I purchased the 100,000 bumper to bumper warranty. I took my Hyundai in because the front headlight bulb keeps burning out. The dealership claimed it was my fault and would not cover the faulty conn I took my Hyundai in because the front headlight bulb keeps burning out. The dealership claimed it was my fault and would not cover the faulty connector wiring and tried to charge me $1600 for a whole new headlight. I took my car to Bob Mander automotive and they assured me that what was wrong with my headlight was not my fault, and the dealership's warranty should have covered it. Then they charged me $250 for a diagnostic fee. Seems outrageous to me. More
Everyone was pleasant. Jay was quite friendly. However, I did not quite understand why the oil wasn’t changed even though the Santa Fe told us it was due. Also have to co Jay was quite friendly.
