I was scheduled to drop my car off at 2 PM on Saturday. He also let me know that there was no loaner available for me since they had to keep the car until Monday. That already started off the service with low expectations. On Monday when I was supposed to pick up my car, I did not get an update until about 2:30 PM. I had called the shop two other times that day to get an update. When I got to the shop after being called and I was able to pick up my car they said that the car was not ready. I waited an extra half an hour to pick up my car and then was told that there were two dashes in my tires. The TPS light was not dropped my car off, but it was on when I picked it up. I arrived at 8:55 for my 9:00 appointment. I had an oil change and tire rotation and left at 10:35. WAY TOO LONG. Joe was my service advisor. He wasn’t there when I arrived and wasn’t there wh I had an oil change and tire rotation and left at 10:35. WAY TOO LONG. Joe was my service advisor. He wasn’t there when I arrived and wasn’t there when I left. After waiting over an hour and a half, I got up and looked through the glass at the service desk. I saw my keys sitting there with no one doing anything about it. I went to the counter and asked another service advisor if he could give me my keys so I could finally get out of there. Without saying anything he took my paper work and checked me out. I’m done with this service department. The coffee, however, was good. More
