I asked the salesperson for photos of dings/dents/scratches/cosmetic issues, etc. before the appointment. I was then provided by text with basic photos of the vehicle. I responded to the photos by stating "I was actually looking for pictures of imperfections - scratches, dings, dents, seat issues, any issues with interior, etc." The salesperson responded "I understand, I did not see any of those casualties when I was taking photos." When I showed up, I quickly observed multiple issues, including: a broken plastic pillar on the driver's side exterior, a dent to the driver's side bottom bumper, and a star crack to the windshield (which may require its replacement). Either the salesperson was not honest concerning the condition of the vehicle; or, the salesperson did not do an honest and thorough review (which would take two minutes max) of the vehicle before responding to my questions about its condition. The finance guy was great. (I paid by check and didn't have to use a loan.) But the misrepresentation by the salesperson was extremely disappointing - especially after I traveled 1.5 hours to see the vehicle. Based on that experience I will never return to a Red McCombs dealership. More

All good. I never give highest score. Gave me ride home & pick me up when finished to take me back to dealership. Only negative is parked my car 2 lanes out in I never give highest score. Only negative is parked my car 2 lanes out instead of rite in front of dealership that had no cars in front of I had to go back & say don’t c my car & sent me back to intake area & young came out & said did u try your key fob. I said no & tried it & car WAS out there. 50ft away & not in front where No cars where parked. Offered to go get it but I was disappointed by then. But why park it that far away!!!! Was it because it wasn’t sparkling clean or was an old 2020 & not a 2023!!!!!! Just disappointed More
