My sales person (JD) was excellent- he had relevant information about my vehicle, and notified me as soon as it arrived in inventory so that I could go see it. I bought the car that same day. The Finance Manager was also friendly and knowledgeable - he explained the warranty packages and financing options well, and did not try to pressure me - I never got the stereotypical, negative “car salesman” attitude from anyone. I’m vey happy with my purchase. Note: My mother recently bought a car from a different Red McCombs Hyundai dealership in San Antonio and had a similar positive experience with the salesperson and Finance Manager - I think this demonstrates a very positive culture established by Management.
