Honestly, I was disappointed that my request to have the upcoming oil change (due soon) was not done as I requested to save me a separate trip. Communication was poor and it took me calling to find out about my car over the course of two and a half days. I got a video and declined all services due to cost and needed time to decide. I arrived close t about my car over the course of two and a half days. I got a video and declined all services due to cost and needed time to decide. I arrived close to 1 pm and was walked over to cashier by Hector. The cashier a woman with glasses stared at me blankly and Hector explains why I’m there. She points to sign in front of her monitor and lightly taps before saying “we closed at 1.” Stunned I responded “thank you for telling me that as I didn’t know before this moment that you closed at 1 especially since I’ve been waiting two and a half days for an update. I declined services two hours ago and total said $14.” She attempted to quote higher but I explained I had information for review. Mechanic Jordan peeked around corner and said he could get car ready with no problem and would be back. As I waited in sitting area with one other customer I see another one walk in to get her car. Then another two advisors walk by and one tells the other with a tan jacket on “I don’t (profanity) know what is wrong with her (profanity) car and that isn’t my customer,” and on and on. Stunned I continue waiting when Jordan is done with car and explain tire was patched but there are leaks and he moved to rear of car in case of blow out. Another advisor who was closing up for the day walks me to service area and I’m told he’ll close me out. He shows me a receipt and what looks like paperwork but does not review it with me. Starts guiding me out and I apologize for arriving late as I wasn’t aware of close time and he yes ma’am’s me thanks me and I say you all need to get with the cashier as she was rude and he says “yeah she probably just wanted to get off at 1.” He goes on to remind me I didn’t tell anyone I was coming so yeah and thank you ma’am and continues guiding me out. Another employee (previously cursing in tan jacket) is closing up computer and seems annoyed and wanting to laugh. Regardless of any error on my part this treatment was a bit much to experience and then to over hear rude comments regarding another customer I was stunned. I can only assume I wasn’t charged anything or shown much of my paperwork so this would all be swept under the rug. The only polite and professional persons I encountered was Hector and Jordan and I hope they get recognized for being polite and professional as they were the only ones that showed both qualities. More

Everything about our experience was a smooth process. We worked with Tony and he went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted. His Finance Manager was also very accommodating.
