After calling multiple times I never once got a return call to give me status of my car. I asked about a loaner and was told I would be put on a waitlist. I called again and then was told there were none call to give me status of my car. I asked about a loaner and was told I would be put on a waitlist. Everyone I spoke to always seemed not know what was going on with my car. One would think with the business being around a long time, that better service and communication with the customer would be a major priority. More
