Purchased a Santa Cruz. Joseph and Rene were very professional and great to work with. Tried to start a purchase for a 4x4 Cherokee at Ancira via internet sales but they w Joseph and Rene were very professional and great to work with. Tried to start a purchase for a 4x4 Cherokee at Ancira via internet sales but they would not communicate in a timely or satisfactory manner. Joseph immediately responded to my internet inquiry and provided all the information I needed including estimated trade in price range. He was prepared when I got there to view the SEL and SEL Active. Helped set up everything after the sale and both he and Rene explained the ins and outs. Rene followed up after the purchase for license plates, etc timing. F&I process was very professional and explained very well. I was able to buy the Extended Warranty best for me. Thanks for an unmatched experience and have been through many purchases ( I am 69 years old). More

The stuff didn’t seem to knowledgeable about there own vehicles when asked questions. In addition items were moved around in my vehicle in areas that weren’t being serviced or need to be accessed, nothing vehicles when asked questions.
