I went in to the dealership hoping for help, had just gone through a bankruptcy, needed a reliable vehicle to get to my medical appointments and purchased ac2014 Jeep Patriot and was told it would be ch gone through a bankruptcy, needed a reliable vehicle to get to my medical appointments and purchased ac2014 Jeep Patriot and was told it would be checked to make sure everything was working but I was never given an opportunity to test drive it, I signed paper work but when I went to pick it up, it was making a noise inside, I fixed that then was told by my mechanic alternator was bad fixed that, then told oxygen sensor was bad, so I decided I would go back to red mccombs to see if I could get into something more reliable but was told I didnt qualify for anything else, I wish they would have checked vehicle before selling it I'm convinced this vehicle was not even touched like I was told the were going to do a 10 point check to make sure it was properly working. I know because as soon as you opened door you could hear the knocking inside vehicle, I was also told it had a back up mirror it didn't, and the car stereo screen was cracked and not working. I know it is a used vehicle but they took someone's trade in and sold it to me without checking vehicle before selling it to me, I'm a heart patient and have been spending money trying to fix this car that obviously will never work, I feel it will leave me stranded any minute. I live on a fixed income I can't afford to get another vehicle. More
The first initial interaction went well when I came in to get my services completed. But, when my car was ready I saw the services representative bring my car around and I had to wait 30 minutes to get the k get my services completed.
