Paid $40k for a Palisade and the Apple CarPlay never worked. Salesman said not to worry as it was certified pre-owned and any repair would be covered. There may have been a spill, but it would have been prior to our purchase since it never worked. We had to pay $700 to repair a car we had just bought and only drove for a few weeks. Picked it up and it still doesn’t work. Told to bring it back, but 3 weeks is their standard turn around time and they do not provide loaner cars. Now we have to figure how to go another 3 weeks without a car while they fix it again. Very disappointed in this dealer. More
