Generally poor service to the customer. 1.Asked for a small price concession on the vehicle being purchased, was told no. Went ahead with the purchase, after leaving the dealership that e 1.Asked for a small price concession on the vehicle being purchased, was told no. Went ahead with the purchase, after leaving the dealership that evening, saw the price of the vehicle dropped another $200 on-line. If you were going to lower the price just hours later, offer the customer the benefit for having asked for it. 2. When asking about financing through dealer available lenders, was told multiple lenders would be accessed for best lending offers. When I got into the finance office and asked to see the offers, that work had not been done. I was only offered one lender. Have already started the process of transitioning the loan to a different lender. 3. Waited close to 2 hours to see the finance manager to close the transaction. 4. Was told all maintenance services (oil, filters, etc) were done as a part of the make ready process for sale. Got the vehicle home for the DIC to tell me the fuel filter life was at 9% and needed to be changed. Called salesperson to ask about why it was not done and for a credit back to me, he said he would ask his sales manager and call back within a couple of hours. He never called back. More
