Overall a great experience. Renee was very knowledgeable however when it came to the finance dept, I was not fully pleased. Initially when I applied for the car loan, given my c Renee was very knowledgeable however when it came to the finance dept, I was not fully pleased. Initially when I applied for the car loan, given my credit is not the best but not the worst, they wanted to give me a ridiculously high APR. I was going to just walk but my husband convinced me to apply for other loans. My bank offered me a much better APR therefore used them instead. However they redeemed themselves by offering me a great package at a discounted rate. I was able to leave with my amazing vehicle. More
