Our car sales men had his moments where he was nice but when it came down to actually getting the car he ended up being rude. they did a poor job keeping us informed about the work, waiting for parts to come in & some kind of projected date of the finished product. you shouldn't have to email someone 3-4 times before getting a re waiting for parts to come in & some kind of projected date of the finished product. you shouldn't have to email someone 3-4 times before getting a reply. when we got the car back (after almost 3 months), the check engine light comes on. that's why it was brought in, in the first place. we get some questionable conclusion it was a problem with a sensor. they had to think of some way to get money out of us, because we were having a new engine installed.
