In order to get service I had to call several times, there is no online scheduling. The receptionist told me to just drop it off preferably during the week but it's challenging to do so. I really did my homework regarding picking a dealer that had the right selection at the right price. I had already experienced the Red Mccombs difference just walking in the door.
